Travel, Tourism & Hospitality

The Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) shall provide Committee members with the opportunity to:

      1. Network: connect with peers, and foster professional relationships.
      2. Appreciate Local Tourism: Experience and appreciate the rich cultural and tourist environment of Abeokuta, known for its famous tourist sites.
      3. Explore implementable Solutions to Challenges in the TTH industry: Engage in robust discussions with thought leaders and industry captains and stakeholders to identify challenges faced by stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality sector and devise innovative and sustainable strategies for growth.

    Objectives of the Committee

        1) Promote NBA-SBL and Committee Activities: Showcase the activities and initiatives of the NBA-SBL and its Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Committee.
        2) Foster Professional Development: Provide a platform for lawyers and other stakeholders to enhance their knowledge and skills related to the tourism and hospitality industry.
        3) Encourage Policy Dialogue: Trigger discussions that can influence policy and promote the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors in Nigeria.
        4) Facilitate Networking: Create opportunities for networking among lawyers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
        5) Promote Local Tourism: Highlight and promote the tourist attractions of Abeokuta and encourage domestic tourism.
