Business Facilitation Forum

The NBA Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and the Secretariat of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) are collaborating to organize a one-day Stakeholders’ Workshop on Business Facilitation (the Omnibus Act) 2022. This workshop, which will hold on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:00 am, will bring together members, stakeholders, industry practitioners, and the general public; will analyse the Business Facilitation (the Omnibus) Act 2022, sensitize participants on its content and discuss implementation issues.
